Production Manager– (Salary range from 70K to 102K per year) Family owned and operated for more than 70 years, the Friesen Group of Companies proudly serves local agricultural communities with high quality feed, nutritional consultation, and poultry breeding and hatching. The Production Manager is responsible for supervising and directing production personnel in the day-to-day operations of the mill. The Production Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient scheduling/delivery functions by maintaining quality production and efficient transportation of products. This is a 'hands-on' position, requiring office time as well as considerable time in overseeing mill staff and being in contact with customers and suppliers. Requirements: Diploma in Business Administration, Agriculture or Engineering, a minimum 2 years’ managerial experience in a production facility, and at least 1 year working in logistics.
