Maintenance Manager– (Salary range from 66K to 96K per year) Family owned and operated for more than 70 years, the Friesen Group of Companies proudly serves local agricultural communities with high quality feed, nutritional consultation, and poultry breeding and hatching. Responsible for supervising and directing maintenance personnel in the day-to-day maintenance operations of the 3 facilities. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for all repair and maintenance of building and equipment in the mills, for prioritizing jobs and evaluating and selecting the best method for accomplishing repairs. Working together with production staff, Maintenance personnel ensure that repair and maintenance have limiting impact on production, ensuring that amount of “downtime” is kept to a minimum. Requirements: Grade 12 education, a minimum 3 years’ industrial experience, and leadership and supervisory skills. A Millwright ticket and/or a class 4 boiler ticket would be an asset.
